Welcome to Mia's Nursery

This has truly been a labor of love.
I can't wait for the day when my daughter will be here
to enjoy this room that was specially designed just for her.

  2. Oh my - it is absolutely beautiful! What a labor of love. I LOVE the chair. It looks so comfy. What an amazing job. So many beautiful details.The only way it can get better is when Mia is sleeping in there. :)

  5. OH WOW!!!!! Lisa said it BEST it can only get better when we finally see Mia sleeping in that crib! I just LOVE how all the colors, textures and patterns came ALL together!

    she loves to say that with total awe in her voice. i think it's fitting for such an amazing room.

    and i'll add i'm TOTALLY jealous of your hardwood floors. mine are pine- light- i have dreamed of walnut for years!!

    seriously this is one amazing room. i wish i could hire you to help me organize Ellis' room. i feel like we have no space, but you made a small space work SO well.

    I was shocked to see your word art because I have "I am a Dream Come True" picked out for above our daughter's crib! May I ask what company yours is? So pretty.

    Not to sound like Negative Nelly but do you think she will be able to reach the thumbtacks on your bulletin board above her bed..I was not sure if they are thumbtacks or not..(I am a huge worrier)..But let me say again..I love love love her room;)

  37. Oh K! It's beautiful!! So many wonderful touches and so very, very happy and bright! It's so you!

    LOL about the flowers! I made frames to hold letters to Hannah's name, hand painted all and put them together. Hung them before I left for China and during my time there every single one of them fell off the wall and behind the crib. Heh...they're still there!! To say that life is crazy busy with a baby is an understatement! Also, since I've yet to figure out how to rehang them so that they'll stay I'm using behind her crib as 'storage' ;o)
